How to install Plank Challenge: Core Workout
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time Plank Challenge: Core Workout not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.
- Bypass Google Play protection. If Google Play protection blocks installation of the file, tap 'More Info' → 'Install anyway' → 'OK' to continue..
- Complete the installation: Follow the installer's instructions to complete the installation process.
How to update Plank Challenge: Core Workout
- Download the new version apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file and click on it to start the installation.
- Install over the old version. There is no need to uninstall the previous version.

Despite the ads that play after each workout, it's still a pretty good app. I was really impressed at first, but then on Day 14 the difficulty of the workouts jumped way up. It was hard for my motivation to go from "this is a challenge but I can do it" to "I canNOT keep up with this workout." I've had to modify every workout since then, and I'm not even close to keeping pace with the app. I don't understand, and I'm sad that I can't follow along with the challenge. I'm using the Beginner track.
Free and fantastic! This app has easy to follow, quick and targeted workouts that help build strong workout habits. I love that you can progress through BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED versions of the workout. I plan to progress through them all. I also love that it allows you to pause and restart (because some times it's tough to find 5-8 min of truly down time) without loosing your progress. So far, this has been a fantastic home workout companion to strengthen my core.
Not what I expected in a good way! Three stages of difficulties, multiple plank styles laid out each day with pictures if you dont know how to do each one and a narrator so you dont have to keep looking at your phone with a manual timer for when to stop and rest. Pretty legit assuming it doesnt get overrun by ads as the days go by. So five stars for now!
I love this app! I started with beginner and was timed and coached through a series of six or eight different planks for a total of three minutes. It felt great and was doable enough that I will return to do it every day for 30 days. I can then advance to the next level. My challenge with planks has been timing myself. That's handled. Now I have a constructed sequence to follow with timing and coaching.
Love it! Never did a plank until starting this app. I completed the Beginner level and am now halfway through the Intermediate level. I feel it's super easy to use, the progression is reasonable, and I love that I can listen to my own music at the same time as hearing the guided program. I'm much stronger today as a result of using this app. Do it!
Since my spine injury I can't exercise nearly as much as I use to. I've had 2 spine surgeries and developed an Autoimmune Disorder. Thus I have to make sure I don't push myself too much or it'll go beyond normal workout soreness and it'll last for much longer as well. It gets annoying, fast. This workout has been amazing! It gives me the satisfaction of doing a workout but without wreaking havoc on my spine and back muscles. And being able to do a workout again has really boosted my confidence.
I love this app. It has everything I need and want. I love how anyone can do these workouts. It takes small amounts of time, but you definitely feel it. You can do additional workouts, repeat workouts, etc. And I love how it keeps track of your history. That part I love, because it definitely let's me know how much I've missed. Lol. It motivates me not to. Anyway definitely download this app. It's great. Also I have a bad back and doing the back stretching helps alot. Not so sore after a workout
This app is very user friendly and helps you with reminders. It shows the exercises clearly and counts out the time for you, plus will show you other videos on how to do specific excercises. It also gives you random tips for the day. The only thing that isn't great is the ads, but for being a free app, I would say this is really great!
I'm on Day 4. I don't understand why anyone is complaining talking about it should be slower they could it on their own without the app, go do that. If you are out of shape of course even the beginner phase of ab workouts are going to be extremely challenging. You just repeat and repeat until you got it. I like that it gives you the option to repeat a day if things are too challenging. Just keep repeating day 1 if it's really hard. I've repeated day 3.
