Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

(Error resolved – edited.) Have used this for quite a while and recommend. At one point, the sound on the excellent workout video animations stopped working on my phone (OnePlus One running Android 6.0.1) and the animation was much less useful mute. Uninstall / reinstall didn't fix this issue. Much later, a notification popped from Privacy Guard (another app) which had a setting for preventing various apps using the internet – including Lose Weight For Men. I unticked it. The voice worked again.
When you want to edit a plan, there arent enough exercises in them. There's no variety. You could add workouts for arms and upper body since there's a lot for the lower body (legs, thighs, etc).and user should be able to adujst warmup and how long it should be.The layout and design of the app feels a little stale. Overall this app is good, the intensity from the exercises feels properly balanced, and the inclusion of breaks as a "day" is an excellent addition. And adding warmups is a good idea.
