I use this really often to order food and other items for our family nearly daily. However, I really don't like the policy for errors on orders. I don't want my money back, but I also don't want to wait 3-10 days for a credit. "Other apps" give you an immediate credit so you can reorder the missing food immediately and that cuts down on abuse too.

App has improved over the years as Uber and partnering restaurants improved their logistical aspects of the order/prep/deliver process. There are still the occasional problems with missing items or canceled orders that hopefully Uber can work with partners on to improve. App can be confusing to use at times. The cart has been buggy. Fees are also high. With tips on top, we still pick up more than we'd like. Overall - solid app w/wide selection and great drivers.

Overall good, wide range of restaurant options with diverse menu. The only problem I see is that the times are way more than what it tells you at first. Had to wait 50 min for my 10 min order even when I put it on priority delivery. I think it kills the experience.

So.. Uber eats is good, I probably would not recommend Uber pass though. When you get uber pass, they stop sending you deals. And they send a lot of deals. I constantly have to check my partners account in case she has better prices, which quite often, they have either the same prices OR even better. The only benefit is the points you get, but unless you are ordering for a family of 12 every day, it's still not worth it. The app is good.

Base menu prices are higher on the app than if I called to order, both for delivery and pickup. Sends 3-4 notifications A DAY with no way to adjust this other than blocking all notifications for the app, thus rendering it useless. Delivery charges usually add at least $10 to the price of the meal, not including tip for the driver. Favorites are not easily accessible from the main screen. Promos make no sense and disappear if I don't order immediately after clicking on one. Faster to just drive.

You know when you're paying for Uber one along with paying extra for priority and it says it should take 15-20 minutes to deliver but doesn't due to the driver it becomes annoying and repetitive. My driver was a block away from the restaurant and decided to cancel her pickup and I'm having to wait double the time it would've taken is ridiculous. Happens too often and there's no penalty. Also $5 back on a ruined order that was $35+ isn't going cut it.

My favorite delivery app! Edit: I lied, they took an hour for my order (that was supposed to be delivered in 15-30 minutes) to give updates and the update was that it was picked up and then immediately that it was canceled. They sent me a message saying the place is closed which it isn't and why would that take an hour to figure out even if it was.
