this business will fail. they have at best 80 percent of what you try to order. also their customer service threatened me with breach of contract because i wouldnt come pick the groceries i paid 450 rubles to have delivered up on the street. i get things delivered regularly and am not asked to go pick them up myself. then the courier just never showed up and wouldnt pick up his phone... and customer service blamed me! dont waste your time with these clowns, they're too clueless.

When I open this app, it can't find my address and load very slow. I live in center of Novosibirsk, is it so hard to find address fast?) Maybe it would be better if I have an opportunity to write my address manually, but I don't have in this app.

Signing in with SberID simply doesn't work. When phone number approval is required, an SMS is received, but when the user switches to an SMS application, SberbankOnline (which is responsible for signing in through SberID) is found closed, which leads to a failed login attempt. "S" stands for "Security".

It doesn't work well. It's interrupting all the time while using it and it just closes. Bugs? Do something..please

I like the app very much. It is convenient enough. However, it shuts down for no apparent reason while I'm making the list. It would be great if this glitch is fixed with the next update.

Very bad service, first they showed that item is there, i booked an order and after payment they asked me we don't have item, and charged money, it's very bad, please refund my amount if I didn't got my delivery why must I have to pay?

Отличный сервис, спасибо! I really don't understand why other people post bad reviews. I leave in suburb of Moscow and they deliver groceries in 2 hours on firm price, what else can be done for perfect service.
