App needs to zoom in. So basically I love this app so much. The quality is very clean and smooth. Makes your skin look amazing. But one problem. Just ONE, Is that the camera won't zoom in. So basically if you wanted to zoom into something. You can't. You can only move the camera. But I would rate this a five star if they could fix that problem.

Videos only save about half the time. Very frustrating. I have a pixel 4. I have to open up boomerang through Instagram in order to use it properly, which takes about 5 extra steps, which is annoying when you're trying to capture a fun moment via boomerang. I found another app that just converts your regular videos to boomerang style videos. So much easier and I don't have to worry about whether it will save or not.

Color distortion. Broken. Doesn't work. I have tried everything. Since June. I used to love boomerang, I used it often. Something happened, while shooting the short video, everything is fine, but when saved or posted the colors disappear, or it's very distorted. Sad... but its October now and still no luck. It is still broken. I use a note 8 at the moment.

It needs 3 more seconds of recording time to capture a cool moment. The app constantly closes. It doesn't automatically save videos like the camera app does, so I've lost quite a few videos accidentally hitting the back button before hitting save. With a few improvements this app would be in my top 5 favorites.

Why in the hell have they not fixed the problem yet with Android or newer phones and the discoloration! There is a large market of Android users and several people have made comments about their videos being discolored. This has been going on for months and not all of my videos look good with a black and white filter, but that is the only way to make it look ok. I'm so very frustrated with the lack of work being done to fix this issue!

Ok, so I love seeing others boomerangs, but jfc...I never try to give bad reviews, I really don't, I try to move on but it infuriates me, as there is a "secret menu" to make it longer or slow the framework basically customize to your liking...but when I do the thing to open the menu, tap with four fingers four times, it does nothing. So I can't access the menu and not only that, why be that extra, why not include it where it is accessible? That I frustrating.

I Love this app But it doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy Note phone. I went somewhere for Christmas that I can't return to with the people I went with. All the videos were glitched and black and white with spots of color. Unfortunately I didnt discovere that untill I got home. I did what it told me to fix the app on my phone but nothing has changed. Very disappointing.

Seems like a cool app, but it distorts my images. The end result is black and white and double exposed. More disappointing is the lack of concern to fix the issue. After numerous searches and scrolling through the reviews this issue has been reported thoroughly with no response from the app developers (that I could find).

Well, this is really disappointing. I really wanted this app to work, but, after reading reviews and seeing for myself, it seems that it doesn't work on newer phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note8. When I go to post my boomerang, the color is all distorted. So sad. Have to uninstall it. I really hope they are able to fix it soon.

I have a galaxy s9 and EVERY single time I have tried boomerang it works until I upload it to Instagram - then it changes to half color and black&white. It looks all distorted and you can hardly even tell what the video is. I don't know why it does this and it really bums me out. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and it and nothing changes. *I read the boomerang app reviews on Google Play and it looks like we are all having the same issue!
