I have used IG for a while, and over the past couple months I have a continual issue where I can't access my account. It locked me out and states cannot refresh feed. Yet, I receive email notifications that I missed a notification. I've emailed to ask for this account to be removed with no response. This has been happening for 5 months already with no access.
The app hasn't been functioning properly for a while now. Last few updates have been full of issues, it's become less intuitive, and now app won't load or refresh at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling it only fixes the problem for the first use.
Had Instagram since it was first introduced. No issue until now. When I post multiple pictures,i t does not let me. It says "photo cannot be posted." I can only post reels. I've reported it to help center several of times without solution. It's getting frustrating not being to post.
I've been hacked and trying to get my account back, email and phone number have changed. Can't get ahold of any customer service. Any and all attempts to get help send me to the help site that just takes me in circles. Video selfie doesn't work either. In addition the login link keeps getting sent to a different number that's not mine.
