Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

Overall, its okay. I selected intermediate at set up with the free account. I performed 2 consecutive daily plans. The sequences are decent. However, there are no transition cues or alignment cues. It just moves from 1 pose to the next with only a quick rest in between. I am not sure a beginner could do these safely without transition or alignment cues. And settings are not complex (as is states) at all. Only breath settings and I cannot change to beginner or advanced if I wanted to.
The app is great, I guess, for experienced yogis. It is not beginner friendly at all, though. You're supposed to hols each pose for two minutes (including the hard poses) and there's no way to edit that. Also, some of the poses are too difficult for a beginner.
29 of june, 2022. I really dislike the app. There arent really any "flows", just a bunch of scenes put together without transition and the narrator it's just a robot. It's fair to the name "yoga poses", though.
