Really poor service. Ordered two "сет-Биф" from Кафе Пирамида. They changed the order without my consent & sent something that I don't like to eat. Reduced the quantity of sets ordered. That too in really bad packaging of food. Really poor from the restaurant and yandex yet to take any action.
Terrible service and support! I have made an order from Mcdonalds for 1200 RUB, and set a city where i live. Then after I payed the order the city have changed to another. And after complains to support they said that I have two options: go to another city and get my order or cancel the order without refund. That's how I lost my money. I recommend to not download this app and even buy from this Yandex.eda store! Terrible!
