Solid service, high quality goods
I tried this service for the first time. A not inexpensive item I purchased (and pre-paid) from within my own city disappeared with a third-party delivery service, who after three days of questions and four days overdue told Beru that I would only receive my item at earliest 10 days after its guaranteed delivery. I'm now to wait two days for confirmation that a refund will be issued.
Neat interface, filters are really useful +especially for food-related categories). I vote to adjust this service (and mobile APP especially) with the chat option - for me it makes support service more reachable. Enjoyable app and service overall
Prompted to install. Installed. It doesn't even get to the delivery page. App doesn't work. Support requested to reinstall the same version. Useless waste of time.
