Ang tagal ng delivery, hinintay pa mag abot yung local sa international delivery ehh, di nman ako excited sa international delivery item. Bigyan ko nlang kayu ng delivery fee sa local items na hinihintay ko. Gusto kasi nyu isahan ng delivery ng mga items noh. Kaya na dedelay din local items na ang lapit.

Lazada does not have a good process for wrong items received. Lazada only allows a return process to commence after order is updated to "Delivered." To get this status takes 15 days after an item is shipped, even if you receive it in 2 days. Your alternative is to contact seller to update the status. Sellers who sent you the wrong item on purpose would therefore ignore you. Recipients are unable to update the status as Lazada does not care if you actually received the item!

Lazada getting ways better then before. There is still ways for improvements. The most positiv is LEX and J&T Express. very fast, trusted and on time delivery. Most worse Flash express and 2GO express. I wish i can select in delivery option the service i like.

Yeah I know developing apps is costs money, but the other competitor who hv same features doesn't give lot of ads like you do. I use this app for like 7 years but kinda dissapointed with this spam push notification ads, I guess I hv to find another shop.

I swear every time I order there always an issue. I didn't mind it at first because it's the courier's issue but when I tried the "need help" everytime I press something it always results a network problem. I have a strong internet connection!

The verification system for this app is absolutely broken. I would consider myself rather patient, but after having to verify my account 5 times in a row, none of them working, and still not getting in, I can't say it isn't annoying. We did the 'Click "allow"' button, every time as well. And then it has the audacity to say "We detected unusual traffic from your account" and proceeding to show the device that attempted to log in with MY NAME. Please fix this, as it can get very upsetting.

Update: Thanks for releasing a new version 7.4.0 so fast and it fixed the issue mentioned below. Item not open in app when click on Google search. Seem like there is a bug in recent update. Used to work.
