Please fix issues, if I'm clicking on an item to look or add to cart it will take me back at the beginning of the page or kicking me out of the search all together when looking at hundreds of items, very frustrating, not to mention the wasted time. I would give it Zero Stars if possible. It was much better before updating. No issues.

Works great overall. No complaints. Few features would be nice to have, e.g., being able to create/edit listings with size variations from within app. If it is an option, I haven't figured out how to do it yet. Still, app is a full win for me. Makes managing my products easy to do from anywhere. 4/1/22 Still works great overall. 6/30/22 still working well.

If you know what you're looking to purchase and are using eBay as the tool to buy, it's straightforward. That said, if you're a casual browser, the algorithms are terrible and the things they market are very obviously sponsored. "Holiday Sales" are a joke. As a seller, there's a lack of ability to change shipping labels or weight. You have to be at a computer. The minimalism can be a hinderence if you are someone that cares about catagory, description, and detailed seller stats.

Love ebay, always have. One thing that is discouraging though is that there is no 'request invoice' button or option before checkout. Say, I'd like to buy more than one item at a time from the same seller, there is no option for me to send a request to them to combine shipping. Many times the seller and I agree that they will just refund me the extra shipping cost after I make the purchase. Which is kind of a hassle for us both. But if you could implement this again that would be awesome. Thanks

Love Ebay! It allows me to declutter and make extra money on things I have sitting around. Lower fees than competitor apps and super easy interface. I just wish that the app allowed you to do more when it comes to the resolution center and sending second chance offers, rather than needing to log in on my computer to do so. For that reason, I rate the app three stars.

I hate the new default view of sellers other items. Two boxes side by side like the store view gives me a headache and I have to change it every time. I should be able to lock in a default setting but I cannot. Sellers items repeat themselves in listings. Stuff I never saw comes up in my Watch list. It was fine 5 years ago when it was 29MB. Now it is 389MB and it doesn't work as well as it did then. Not to mention how extremely eye gougingly annoying the ads are. Listening eBay? Crickets........

I ordered two sets of headlight and tail light for bicycles from a third party seller. These turned out to be defective. The headlights never worked. And they didn't hold a charge either. You could charge them but nothing would happen. No light. The tail lights seem to work okay. I thought that the eBay warranty would siffice. But it required installing malware and taking a picture of myself for them and who knows what else because I stopped the call. Keep the money. It won't happen again. Done.

Recently I bought an item, but eBay marked it as delivered. I contacted the seller, he assured me that it's in transit, and we have both kept communication going until it arrives. I've tried several times via chat to get this glitch fixed. Instead they inquiry about the package which was solved with the seller. I've been blunt, and patient but eBay needs to work on CS immediately! In addition I've not been able to be like, "hey this is happening! Hello?!" So the glitch is still there

I love this store!! It keeps all sorts of business in the loop, makes for an easier purchase on items that may be a harder time trying to find and purchase in person, also I like the fact that you can wait for the price to maybe come down to a number you will pay, can't really have to much buyers regret when you get your price. It's also super convenient to see in percent how reliable and trustworthy the sellers are, through other buyers experience.

PLEASE change the way your app works in terms of swiping through images. If you pull down, you refresh the page. If you swipe left/right, you change images. Problem is, it's far too easy to accidentally pull down while swiping left/right, which ends up resetting the gallery!!!! Please fix this! Otherwise, app works as expected.
