Doesn't work after update! I loved the convenience of paying with my phone, but after the update it wouldn't bring up fingerprint or pin options when selecting cards to pay. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, including another pushed update by Samsung, and now it won't even allow me to sign in - it just keeps spinning and then crashes. I have uninstalled until these issues are resolved.

Does not work. Trying to set it up, choose 'sign in with fingerprint' option, input fingerprint, then the fingerprint reader disappears, the app locks up and does nothing for a few moments, the closes itself. I'm on a Samsung S20 phone with a fully updated OS, and it won't work on this platform. Why would they put out such a POS without fully bug checking it?

Had the app installed with cards entered. They updated the app, and changed the appearance, and they deleted all my cards and made me register again. I don't have my wallet and now I cannot make my purchases. This app cannot be trusted, and is unreliable. Edit: after being pushed to delete Samsung Pay and try Google Pay, for a week or 2, I can say that the Google Pay app is way better. Machines read it faster, It requires fewer button pushes, and doesn't time out after a few seconds.

Refused to let me pay without an arbitrary update to the app (and allowing it to make phone calls). I was in a location with no signal, and thus couldn't pay. Upon updating, it forced me to watch a tutorial video before letting me use the app, while people impatiently waited behind me in line. Constantly getting ad notifications and weird popups in the corner of my screen when opening certain apps like Instacart. No way to disable.

It was great as Samsung Pay, but won't work at all as Samsung Wallet on my S22. It's really disappointing to me as I used SP all the time, but I now can't even sign in to SW (just keeps crashing & giving "unknown error"). I've un/reinstalled 3x with the same results. I'm providing a 2-star rating for now (because of the app it once was), with the hopes that I can soon update it with a higher rating. Samsung, please fix these issues soon.

I love Samsung Pay ... WHEN IT WORKS! Ugh! As of lately, this is just another useless app taking up memory on my phone. When it works, it's awesome and incredibly convenient, but when it decides to bug out, forget it. No matter what you do, it won't work. Trying to get help from support is an absolute joke. Nobody responds. Don't bother with it, just use your card & don't waste your time or energy on this junk app.

They messed up the point system a few years back and cut how many you earn by 90% and got rid of one tier I have one more major thing to complain about. The biggest thing that set Samsung apart from EVERYONE else. MST. It's the technology that allowed you to pay ANYWHERE, even places that didn't take mobile payment using NFC, like Apple Pay and other mobile payments. Although it says that it is compatible with S10+, it does not work. After installing and opening, it "checks availability" and then says that it is "coming soon". At the bottom of the app information, it shows a copyright year of 2015 and shows compatibility with S6. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 10 times at least. But it seems the current version that uploads to my phone is outdated. Please fix this. I have no idea why I can't use Samsung Pay. Please help!!!

Super handy. A little bumpy to start for all parties. Like anything new, it took a minute or two for the cashier and I to stumble through. Now I easily move through credit cards looking for the one that I want to use. All of the transactions are secure and immediate. A win for contact-less transactions.

I have used samsung pay for the past two years with no issues. But for about 2 weeks now it wont let me past the verification step. When checking out it prompts my fingerprint, after that the card do a whole 360 instead of its usual countdown to a pin device for payment. I have restarted my phone, looking at every option it could be for it not going through, but there isnt one. I dont know if theres a bug in the app or if it's my phone's(Galaxy Note 10 plus) new software update did something 🤔
