I used to use Google Chrome, but I switched to this default browser and I like it WAY more. Just being able to have ad blocking extensions make it a better web browser. Idk if Google has blocking now, but I don't really care since this works perfectly fine. And I'm not automatically taken to a corresponding app. I can CHOOSE to stay on the internet or go to the app. I don't experience the problems everyone else seems to, so idk what to say about that.

It's a pretty good web browser without all the worthless fluff that others are weighted down with, but it has some fluff of its own. I have always hated being forced to keep software or items that are of no use to me, and Samsung Internet does this in the way of preset bookmarks. There are bookmarks that come with the app that you cannot delete. On top of that, at least 2 of the preset bookmarks link to pages that don't exist. Still, I cannot delete these. Not cool!

I have mixed emotions regarding the app. When it works properly it's very beneficial but the issue is consistency which it is not. I experience loading errors and data suddenly disappearing in the middle of conducting an arrival call or worst a loaded call. No, it doesn't happen often but just enough to be annoying.

I've been using Samsung Internet for years now, and it has always run smoothly on my phone! The dark mode is great compared to some other browers, and the options are easy to find and navigate. Finding and editing my search history is intuitive. There's nothing more I could want in a browser!

Tabs are opening on their own while I'm talking or texting. It just pops open with some random site. Just now opened with a freaking car extended warranty site! Wth is wrong with this browser? I've never had issues like this before. I deleted the samsung browser and it stopped, but I need it for certain things. I need this fixed please. Thanks!

Crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, issues with cookie enablement for websites, cookie setting hard to find, Samsung browser is not recognized by many sites 😑 i'm so sick of updating this app. It was updated 2 days ago and now i have to update it again. When i first got my phone the browser ran flawless. With all of these updates it has turned into shxt. I'm seriously thinking about switching to a different brand. This is ridiculous

I think this is the best browser on Android. We can install ad blockers to help the device use less data, run cooler and preserve battery. The Samsung Internet browser also is incredibly dark in dark mode, fully turning off pixels not in use. This is very nice and relaxing at night because Samsung blacks out every website. Finally, this browser does not collect your personal imformation. The only issue I found is that CSS untagged elements are not color managed correctly, but I don't mind.

It's become buggy and laggy lately. The keyboard, the quick access menu and settings menu don't launch as quickly as it's supposed to. It takes its time. I'm sitting there waiting for these to catch up once it's pressed. It shuts down and am always getting an error message saying app isn't working.

This is my preferred browser. But since the latest update, seems they removed the function that enables you to open a dedicated app straight from the corresponding site you're currently viewing. For example, if I did a general browser search for something that included a YT video, I could browse that video in the site. If I wanted to view that same video on the YT app, there used to be an icon next to the url window of the site that transferred you straight to the app. Now it's no longer there.

The browser looks pretty good to me. Not sure what everyone is talking about with suggestions popping up, but this browser is probably one of the better ones available and it works really well on a Samsung phone. I personally use Firefox because it works really really well with certain ad-blocker apps, but this kind of does the same thing. It's not quite as fast as Chrome, especially if that Quic Protocol thing is enabled. Dark mode looks amazing. Way better than other browsers. I like it.
