Kiwi Browser - Fast & Quiet

Kiwi is a great browser, but there's less results then what you'd usually get on a normal browser like Chrome.With Kiwi it fails to accurately find what I'm looking for. Unlike with classic browsers in get the results I've been trying to find quickly. It also appears to be quite a bit slower, and crashes once in a while. All negative points aside this is a great browsing app with lots more options you'd get on classic, standard browser.This has alot more potential then what I'm perceiving.

Best browser Bar None. Among the tons of features this speedy champ has, my favorite has to be its dark mode. I don't know how its developers pulled it off, but no addon on any other browser I searched for far manages to do such a great job with flipping the colors. Also, pictures are not flipped, something so hard to achieve.

On some sites, works great. But on others let's all the ads in, even with adblocker. When trying to type in dialog boxes such as Disqus, it keeps zooming waaaay in. So you have to zoom out, just to see what you are typing, only to click the box and it zooms again. Also disables some interfaces on sites for no apparent reason. It worked better than Chrome, but in recent years, it's quality dropped like a bucket of rocks at a swimming lesson.

Chrome recently updated their app & made everything "blinding white" like Oreo, which included the "multi-tab" screen. It was too much for me. I decided to search for another web browser. Thankfully, it didn't take me too long to find Kiwi, which is (so far) the best browser I've used so far. The ability to make every page dark if you so choose, adjust the contrast, and place the url address bar on the bottom of the screen for easier access is just ridiculously awesome. It's the small, simple things in life that... Love this browser! Keep up the great work!!!

A genuinely wonderful browser. It's the fastest one I've ever used, and it does an excellent job at blocking ads and pop-ups. My one complaint is that the night mode is far too dark, and it often modifies the look of webpages for the worse. The gray dark theme option doesn't seem to function sadly. I'd love it if we got proper options for a slightly lighter dark theme, as well as options for it to not modify the appearance of webpages. Other than that, fantastic browser.

I have quickly come to love this browser on my new Samsung Galaxy S10! I love the OLED friendly pure black Night Mode. The only issue I've found with it is that the browser's menu is too dark in this mode. No matter what you do with contrast to change the text to white and the background to black, the menu text is gray on a black background and is hard to read. Both the words and 4 little icons at the top. Please let the menu change to white text on a black background when the contrast is set to 101 or higher. The "back" and "forward" gestures work really well, but I've found that when a new tab is opened from a link, the phone's back button will close the tab as expected (and loved), but the browser's back gesture will not. Nothing happens. Please allow the built-in back gesture to close a tab if there is no history to go back to on that tab just like the phone's back button does. Things that would be nice: Make "Show simplified view" a menu option instead of showing a white bar at the bottom to close every time. Let us set a default font to override every site's font. Let us choose line spacing on web pages. Always use simplified view option. Word wrapping on zoom.

The best browsing experience. Period. Just switched from chrome and I have to say, the work that's been done on this browser shows the the Google team is either severely lacking in motivation or they are intentionally holding chrome on android back. My number 1 favorite feature! NO MORE AMP! I don't know why Google is pushing this so hard because it sucks. Kiwi let's you access the pages in the way they were meant to be seen. THANK YOU! Extensions. Dark mode. Customizable. And many more.

Update February 2022. Browser seems to be running smooth and well with extensions they've made some nice fixes I use it with tampermonkey and dark theming. Love the browser so far and the extensions but you need to fix the audio video for streaming casting it doesn't work on the Galaxy s20 ultra. I have adjusted the permissions on the camera and microphone also. I do have it working on my note 9 and my tab S7 plus so maybe it's this phone model specific if they could fix it please.

It's great reallly but I downloaded it because I heard it didn't try to cast videos to every other device on the same Wifi but it does. Please add a toggle for this in the Privacy or Site Settings. This is such a nice app and its different from other browsers but a cast toggle would be a standout feature, for a large group of people.

Amazing. This is a full chromium browser (opensource by the way). This thing is a beast. It is perfect for any phone and especially shines with Samsung Dex. I don't know why this does not have 5 stars. Is it 100% perfect? No. For example, I have a bug with tab titles being glitched. However, this browser beats every other browser on the Playstore. Google should be ashamed of Chrome, because this is the real Chrome experience.
