Reviews for RP Diet Coach & Meal Planner
Definitely a helpful tool to keep you accountable and on track, made by people who know their stuff.
It's helped me have more self control and keep my progress on track.
Lost 16.5 pounds on my first cut cycle. Great app, much better than other food tracking apps I've used in the past. I love that I can save food combinations and quickly add them to future meals. I also love how easy it is to move macros and change meal times.
Very good app wish it had some features like didn't eat much today. Because someday I eat little, just like a banana and peanut butter for the whole day
My first meal plan app I've used. Attempted a bulk plan for a week and failed to hit all the required macros and ended up losing 2lbs. My problem is finding appropriate foods for carbs, it just seems like the app wants me to eat way to much or I'm just bad at picking out high carb food. I'm going to revaluate my food schedule for the next week with the app and see how it goes.
I've really enjoyed this app for staying on top of my macros. Just wish there was a website to go along with it. It's easy to use, but it would be easier to do the weekly review and planning on a computer instead of an app.
One size fits all?? They assume everyone can process tons of carbs a day. Did not work for me.
There are much better apps that don't charge you $100 a year or $19.99 a month. I was very disappointed with this app.
Scummy business practice. App description is "in app purchases" which lead me and most likely others to believe certain features were hidden behind a paywall. However, to even use the app you must subscribe. The app shouldn't be listed under "free." Not to mention each time I try to delete my account it just says "Something went wrong."
After following Dr Mike on youtube, I was interested in trying out the app that he advertises on his channel (just to see what it's all about). However after filling in the first couple of forms of very personal data, you get confronted with a mandatory subscription (a staggering 26 dollars a month) that you have to pay. This wasn't stated upfront when I made the account and I wouldn't have even considered downloading the app if I had known about this. Please be more transparant in the future!
