A SCAM PREYING ON THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED WHO RELY ON DELIVERY FOR THESE ITEMS BY GIVING NO OTHER WAY TO ORDER ONLINE EXCEPT FOR THE PORTAL WHICH COSTS 2-5X RETAIL. It is a scam taking advantage of the F.H.E. act of 01/2021. $2.50/can generic tuna, $4.00/can green beans. It says you can use the card in person but since I am disabled, like many other members, this option is worthless. Members should file a complaint with SSA, the ADA and your states attorney general. NO COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

This app is poorly designed. I can never tap a product to see exactly what you're getting it takes me directly to the upc scanner. Then I have to sign back in because the screen freezes. It's also fingerprint enabled so why if I use my print I still have to put my information in again only after 2 min of the frame freezing?

All negative comments are true. You can't log in, it's an endless loop, so the app is useless (Pixel 6). The nonexistent bar code reader Aetna promised ensures I'm going to turn into that customer who rings things up at Walmart one at a time, tossing ineligible stuff as I go. I managed to see (on the website) that the card only paid part of my Kroger brand benadryl. There ARE purchase limits but NO guidance. False advertising x2 plus discrimination against the disabled and elderly = BAD! Scam!

Looks like they spent as little as possible so they could charge higher prices for inferior and unavailable products. The lotion says "compare to Eucern" it is nothing like Eucern. Im disappointed in the service this year im just going to spend it in the store.
