Love it! No complaints! Took a little time to get the hang of it and figure out how to enable all of the features, but 2nd day in and I've enabled everything and feel confident navigating everything. LOVE the sleep tracker. That was the reason that I chose this particular band. I can't wait to see my sleep quality data over time.

Good for health monitoring. I don't use it to get phone notifications (calls, texts etc) so I can't speak to that. But in terms of health tracking it seems to work fine. I mostly use it for heart rate during workouts and it seems good. The sleep seems to be tracked properly as well. It's my first bad so I have nothing to compare to but I'm satisfied.

Good app! I enjoy checking my sleep stats and being able to "nudge" my daughter, who also has a watch, is fun! I wish you could nudge from the watch though. Sometimes the app won't sync with the watch and I have to either clear the cache or restart my phone. Also, the distance tracker is not always accurate, but could be because the watch loses the GPS signal at times.

Edit: other than removing the streak it's been stable for the last few months, changed from 2 to 4 stars One update back has introduced a firmware update for my Mi band 5 that will not install, almost completes and then fails. Still happening with the latest update, reaches almost 3/4 from the status circle, screen blanks, waits a bit, and fails. Been happening for over a month.

A feature to add a name to freestyle, and indoor workouts. I'm surprised pushups for example, didn't make the list on my mi 7, 130 exercises, and 100 of them to most people are useless. This app is supposed track exercise, and workouts, why can't you add exercises people actually do, or create a feature to add them on the app? This app could be better, so 3 stars, until something changes. Because tracking no name exercises makes no sense.

I loved my band and the app before it was changed to Zepp. Now it won't send me message, call, or app notifications. That was the main feature I used and enjoyed. Very disappointed! Please fix! Sad I have to factory reboot to see if that solves the problem. Already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the band and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Did not help.

Since the latest update (which hit my phone 2 days ago) the sleep data is super messed up! Not only does it say things like "awake from 3:05 - 2:01" (how am I moving back in time??) But I also wasn't awake at all. I used to be super impressed by the accuracy of the sleep data, please fix! It also doesn't seem to realize we have DST here, so it's an hour off, not sure how to fix that...

No way to download or backup your data. After they changed it from Mi fit to zepp life, I could never get the app to sync with the wrist band on the first try. If I had the GPS antenna on my phone turned off to save battery, I had to close a pop up regarding missing out on weather information any time I opened the app. Then, tonight when I opened the app, it signed me out of the app. I am now NOT ABLE to sign back in! It says email/phone doesn't exist! No recovery methods work! 2 years data lost

This app keeps switching vibration to sound every time I make a phone call, or hanging up. It's absolutely infuriating. I have tried everything, restart, reinstall, clear cache. Please fix this!!! And it forces me to restart my Bluetooth everytime it needs to reconnect. I want the old app back!
