Joined 12week program with coach. It so great that thanks to the program and with help of coach i was able to notice the change in breath when have negative feeling. I also got taught how to release it. So once i notice negative feeling, trying immediately wash it off. There are many optional mediation based on various scenarios like when you feel stressed, anxious, not able to sleep due to excitement. Overall really enjoying the app.

Could not try app to see if I wanted to subscribe, each button I pressed it tried to get - me to subscribe without allowing me to use it. Pity. Reply to developer: No, all of you guys get it wrong. You are supposed to let us users try ALL FEATURES for a week, if we like it we buy it. Not just allow us to use 1 feature and if we like it we buy it. Imagine test driving a car where you only get a wheel and they you decide if you like the rest of the car.

The amount of free content is definitely very limited. That's fine; premium is a pretty reasonable price. That said, I do wish there was an option to be billed monthly. For me, $60 is a full 5 hours of work. I unfortunately can't afford to pay that much all at once. For this reason, I will be looking for a different app.

Love this app!! I needed a change from the Calm app (which I still love) and Insight Timer is too overwhelming for me sometimes with too many choices. Found this and loved it right away. And the cost is very reasonable!! Love the choices, the variety of background music & the narrator's voice is wonderful 💜

Fantastically calming and centering. Also my 9 and 4 year old girls absolutely love chilling out before bed and having a few minutes together, relaxing but in our own thoughts. Great way to create a few minutes during the day to let go. You can focus on something that's on your mind or if you aren't stressing about something it's just a good way to feel a little more thoughtful and down to earth at any time of day. Love it!

It's a good app but the problem is that it's hard to navigate. You can't search for specific things like songs and talks to help sleep, release stress and anxiety, etc. I like the all but I wish they would add a search feature or a better way to categorize things.

Very balanced, needs oriented, user friendly and useful tool. I've started my meditations with meditopia, and so far it is going great. I thought it was much more complicated, but with the calm, pleasant and smart guidance provided by the app the process turned to be very simple and approachable.

I disliked a few things about this app like the gong playing before every sound and how long it takes to try some sounds to figure out which one you liked. That was really annoying. Then when you found a sound you liked you have to customize a time like 1 hour every night because the quick pick buttons they had were only 5min, 10min and 20min long. The app also sent me a notification one night when I was already asleep that woke me up which made me dislike it even more. No functionality

Misty Mail

Not a good start when you have to uninstall an app to sign out of it because the sign out button doesn't work. Also during set up if you accidentally tap create account instead of sign in it sets up the app and there's no obvious way to sign in. This app actually made me feel more stressed and I didn't even get to use it!

Great app to fall asleep by, but I was not going to pay for membership. I was using this app during the free trial. I did not get an email to remind me when a payment for the membership was going to start. I did cancel my subscription but now the app won't let me ask for a refund or contact anyone.
