Refuses to stay connected to watch, and app can never locate watch just inches away by scanning, but can pick up my neighbors devices lol. Since the recent update the app does not load at all, it just stays on green screen saying fitpro never moving past that. I have closed and restarted app with no luck. The watch is great but the app makes the features unavailable. This alone makes me want something more stable.

Totally inaccurate readings, when it works, compared with professional equipment. Total waste of money. Upgrade software is worse than the original. To get the watch to connect with the App I have to uninstall then reinstall the App. This only lasts for a few hours and now all I get is adverts. In short - Total rubbish..

Same problem as everyone else. If you close the app is stays connected(which means its always tracking your location and KILLS your battery life.) I would settle for this if you tried to reopen it and it actually went past the green fitpro loading screen. Half the time the device has issues scanning and connecting. I REALLY dont trust the reading unless my bloodpressure has miraculously improved subatantually. Would be good if it was sp suppported by a decent app that wasnt like spyware

It literally only tells time🙄 I had the cheaper version of this watch for the last year and LOVED it. This is supposed to be an upgrade so I just don't understand.. there's no timer.. I haven't been able to track my steps since the first day I used this and the app disconnects from the watch immediately before it is ever hooked up. Work out some bugs and update our devices and maybe I can come back with a more positive review. Until then I stand by all I've said here🤷🏼‍♀️
