The app is really motivating & easy to use. It works out full routines suitable for you depending on your age , weight , activity level and goals i.e if you want to burn fat, tone up, gain muscle and whether you want to work out at home or at the gym. it organizes your days into how many days a week you should work out and which days should be arms, legs or a circuit. you do have to pay for the app after 3 sessions. (£4 a month annually but takes it out in one go as 49.99 or £6.00 per month ).

I absolutely hate apps like these that r not transparent and advertise as free until y become dependent on it aftr 3 days without disclosing ty how many trials y have. It's a great app, not what it advertises itself as
