I got a free Year from Kaiser permanente. before I just used the free parts but I'm so glad that I have the availability for the classes and then the encouragement. Definitely worth paying for if I needed to. Now that I've experienced both sides of it. It's really helped me a lot. I have a special needs children on the Spectrum and I get really stressed out sometimes. More of a high strung person. So it's really helped me to be more mindful in many ways!

meditation has changed my life.. it doesnt happen over night but if you stick with it in time you will realize how helpful it is.. this app is a great vessle to learn how to meditate, to encourage deeper meditation, to improve relationships with yourself and others and so much more. i also really enjoy the masterclasses. Edit- I love the sleep sounds but something is wrong when you go to set it to stop playing sleep sounds in a certain numbe of hours. It can cause me to not hear my alarm clock.

There is no one ambient sound, relaxation music, anything at all that is not for a 7-day trial period and then a charge. It is deceitful that the app will be free and then one has to pay for everything it provides. Do not download of you're hoping to find any help to your problem for free. Every app like this should have a sentence key: "per subscription" right under its name, so people not interested in it will not waste time downloading and deleting the app.

Well first off I use to love this app. I used everytime I traveled to help me sleep better. I loved the free soundscapes to relax or to drift off to sleep. Now though there is no free content at all on the app they only offer a 7 day trial then want you to pay 69.99 a year to use the app... I get it you gotta make money but there plenty of ads already on the app to provide some free content. Just disappointed after years using it for free now it is pay or you have no access.

It is rather asinine you require an upfront $69.99 payment instead of breaking it down into monthly installments. There is a miniscule amount that is free. If you find something that helps you, you will have 7 days to enjoy it as you will be billed for a year's service after the free trial period. What an absurd way to do business. Uninstalled 👎🏻
