Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

Good app video not in english but its a good excersize to learn and it does work
Good app. English instructions with illustrations, but videos are not in English. Still easy to follow anyway.
You must fix videos. First is not lion and so on
I've been doing the exercises for more than a dozen years. I stopped after a car accident and am starting back up again. This app needs a progress chart to track inch loss success. I can see change in my clothes but still like to see the numbers!
Videos are in Russian. There are parts in written English but because of not being entirely in English, it's not ideal for non Russian speakers who seek a fitness app. It looks good though. I wish I could understand it , at least with subtitles. ....
