Had to use this at a hotel Took a few minutes but figured it out and worked okay.. No issues but there is no cancellation information. I cannot find the profile so that I can cancel the subscription. I have no use for this on a daily basis, only needed it for the weekend. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription. I have sent an email hopefully this is resolved Before I am charged for an app I cannot use. Update 6 days later. Yes, I was charged and no response to my request to cancel.

This does not work at all for most features and the few that do barely show a shimmering out of focus image. It's pathetic and a waste of money. Update: It does not help to give an apology for a useless app. I want my money back. You must stand behind your product and refund if it doesn't function. I wish I could give negative stars or put you all in prison. You are thieves.

Would not cast to Google Chromecast. It would connect, but that is all. Apparently it needs an internet connection, not just wifi unlike what the description says.
