I had to do a factory reset on my phone, now the app says it is not compatible with the latest Android IOS and requires a security key, while the website says it should have an information button to display your security key to link the account to the app. Tried going in the neverending loop between the website and the app for two hours before I gave up. Devs please fix.

Always works never had a problem except about 2 years ago all I remember it was resolved in a phone call in less than 15 mins. But still it keeps saying it was done for earlier version of this android when I reinstall. We need renewal or update, please. And there is no serial number on app. You have to use the app and email for taking it off and put it in a new device. Someone already said this before me(Scott Brooks) so I'm just confirming it. Enjoy the game.

First, I want to say that I'm giving it 2 stars(instead of 1) because the app is good. I'm not complaining about the app. I just want to say that the 7.0 update ruined the combat disciplines and changed a lot of things connected to that for the worse, not to mention a lot of abilities (passive and active) disappearing and the game getting harder.

Not sure why this is no longer being supported but I got a warning message from my phone saying this app was designed for an older version of the Android OS. Except they connect a very useful vendor to it still so that's the only way to access certain companions customization through ONE vendor in the entire game.

WRITE DOWN YOUR SERIAL NUMBER during the activation process! When you are logged into your SWTOR account, when you're about to add the app to your account & activate it, you'll be given a serial number. WRITE IT DOWN then and there! Because it will never be visible again, never! If you uninstall the app, you'll need it when you re-install the app, otherwise you will have to waste time jumping through one-time password email-waiting game hoops just to remove the authenticator app from your account. Why the devs/EA neglects to warn users about this is beyond me! They should tell you during the activation process that you should save that serial number, warning you that you will only ever see that SN one time, that it can never ever be recovered/seen at any other point in time! **Don't pay attention to older forum posts online that tell you that the SN is visible within the app's "information" menu option... because in 2021, there IS NO such menu! There is only "settings"... which does nothing but provide you with links to various EA webpages, like FAQ's and EULA, which open in a web browser.... but there is nothing in there about the serial number. Seriously, why is it so difficult to warn users that they should save that SN, that which is only visible at one single brief moment in time?

I downloaded this app in hopes of getting a security key, but i don't have a serial number so i can't get one, the description in the jpeg images shows a icon on the top right hand corner of the app were you can choose settings and preferences and GET YOUR KEY! it is not there on mine. How will you fix this so I may acquire a Security key?

cannot add security key. it doesn't pop up just keeps telling me to activate it. have tried both through the browser and my phone. I only want the stupid security shop. Just turned off my game due to the frustration of messing with this for 40 minutes.

The app does not work properly. Spent 40 mo utes trying to figure out what was wrong with my login info only do find (by chance, from a completemy dofferent soirce) that the issue lies with the authenticator app not giving you the proper amount of numbers. Will refrain from spending any more money on the game until this gets resolved. Cheers.

HOW TO USE S-KEY This confused me at first & there's no real clear instructions, incl. the FAQ site. If anyone's having trouble: 1- Setup your first key, through the app, using the serial number provided by the verification email. 2- You have to use the app every time you login to the site or the launcher. Whatever key is currently displayed on the app is the key you enter, meaning the key will be different every time. You can also remove the key by using the site, no need to contact support.

This is very frustrating!! I can't log into my account because I cannot get a code- the app won't accept my serial number and this run around between go to SWTOR and EA that just sends you to the other to report the issue is maddening. Either the app needs to work so I can get the code to log in, or someone needs to help me.. OR give me my damn money back!
