App stopped working a few days now. When I open it the loading circle just spins and nothing appears on the home screen. When I try to open the account section in the side menu the app crashes. I reinstalled and it's the same thing.

After using the app sometime downloading some stories, after some time when i tap a user's name to watch their story, it shows me the below attached message which says to login in my account even though i was logged in.. It tells me to try again login.. Please look into this issue. This problem is occurring again and again in this app on my phone. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Waiting for your help n support soon.

Unfortunately this is the reply via email from the app developer received today 15/04/2021 ______________________________________________ It has always worked very well for a long time, but now, with the latest update, it has been completely unusable for four days: I open it and load it endlessly, then it crashes and closes. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work.

I've used the apps for almost 2years, it can't be use now. It keep loading after I open the apps, can't see any story, can't see any friends. I've tried change connection and reinstall the apps, still same issue.

Used to work but after the recent update it just kept loading for hours, and force closed itself when I press "Accounts" and when I tried to refresh the page. I thought the latest update was for bug fixes, not to break the app.

I can no longer see any accounts or search. Sometimes it gets stuck on searching. When u click on accounts, the app crashes and closes. This just started happening.

It has been going really good so far but I have now reached a bug where it will just keep loading and nothing will happen and if I click on the accounts part in the side menu it crashes, don't know what's going on.

used to work really- multifunctional (saves stories, highlights and posts!) but now nothing will load, no accounts and search bar doesnt show suggestions whenever i tap accounts, the app crashes too i also uninstalled and reinstalled but i hope it gets fixed soon

I used to love this app so much until the recent update; the app keeps on loading forever, nothing came up and when I refreshed, it shut down by itself. Please try to fix this issue. I really, really love this app before all of these happened.

Hello there, I am not able to login into my Instagram account through your app. It is showing there is no media found and the app is not working properly. Dashboard is showing my account's profile picture but it is not showing the saved posts and I am not able to download the stories. Please help me.
