The app doesn't work anymore. I open the app and all I see is a blank screen. I tried Uninstalling it then installing it again... but there is no change. This used to be one of my favorite apps ... I even paid for some of the extra features. Waste of money!

Purchased Satellites add-on ages ago but my phone was stolen and so replaced with new one. Won't let me restore a purchase, trying to make me pay again

Seems to be from the same creator as star chart infinite except now I have to buy everything again and star chart infinite has disappeared off the face of the Play Store saying that it no longer supports the latest version of Android OS. That's a terrible move. Glad your business is doing well enough to shaft your customers who paid for the previous iteration of this app.

Used to be a great app. My son and I enjoyed looking at all of the things in the night sky, and then matching it up with our telescope for a closer view. Unfortunately the app has not been able to open in the past year and a half. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, with different settings, but always the same nonfunctional results. Pixel 5 with Android 12.

I had always enjoyed the app in the past. Lately it crashed every time I opened it. Tried deleting cache, data, reinstalling...nothing worked. Finally I changed location services permission to "ask every time" and its working again. Setting was " only while using app" when it was crashing. Hope this helps.

The app no longer works! StarChart is my favourite astronomy app for aiding me when looking at the night sky, BUT ever since a system update on my phone to android 12, the app no longer works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, I don't know how to fix it. Such a huge loss, that it no longer works! Please fix it, if it is app related rather than android system/phone type related?!?

The app is OK in general. I gave only 4 stars because the user manual link is not active. Why so? Another issue I want to point out is that in explore mode the surface of the planet to explore and the light on it do not change if one changes the orientation of the phone. I was expecting that, at least, for those that bought some updates such problems to not exist!
