Reviews for Parcels: Track Online Orders
I absolutely LOVE this app! I've been using it for 2+ yrs & it's remarkable. Somehow it always seems much more up-to-date than when I track via the actual shipper's websites. It's also capable of tracking globally, I'm in the US & I've tracked packages from Russia, China, & Europe. It will import & track all your packages from Amazon, eBay, & more, without you having to type in numbers. Be sure you select to stay signed in when setting it up or obviously it can't track them. Very reliable app!!
For anyone receiving packages from multiple areas, this will be like a breath of fresh air. It allows you to easily organize your list of tracked items. I often order parts from all over to assemble one item. This app transforms tracking of those parts into tracking that assembled item. The app author carefully utilizes history from 60+ similar shipments to give an amazingly accurate estimation. I had a question about that, and the app author got back to me the same night...absolutely wonderful.
Discovered this when it wasn't an app. Yes it was just on the internet. It was so good that I locked the website on my phone. Now it's an app and I use it all the time. Get instant updates. You need this app trust me. It has saved me many a headache when either my mail was misplaced or didn't arrive. It even lets you see where the item came from and the weight of the item and all the info on when it shipped. Very important when you might of forgot what you ordered and when you ordered.
I receive a lot of packages. Parcels is an amazing app for tracking any package from any carrier, without having to search all over the internet. I like how the mobile app knows youve copied a tracking number and asks you automatically if you want to add it to the tracking list. The interface is beautifuly designed as well.
Easy login to AliExpress and Amazon! Now I don't have to manally search for and enter my tracking numbers. Joom was easy to sign in to, but I have yet to make a purchase to see the app in action yet. I wish it would let me log in to Ebay. Each time I try after entering my credentials and completing the verification it goes right back to the login. Wish it would allow logging in to more than one account at a time, let you delete logins separately, and had a one time premium payment option.
If you order things from China there is absolutely no substitute for this package tracker, it provides China tracking from USPS numbers which no other app I've seen does this. However I'm not a fan of the subscription model, the Packages app (purple icon) is a bit easier to use, faster, one payment and you own it, and tracks packages both active and archived across any device.
Great app, but it needs more features. I wish on the left side where it shows a picture of an earth, I wish it would show the shipping providers logo so I know what's what along with it showing the shipping method under it. And above it showing the delivery date. If those were added, and it also synced between PC it would be amazing. But without those features it's just as bad as tracking from the stores website
The information it gets is great. But it has soo many bugs. I'm constantly getting notifications for updates that occurred a month or so ago, and I already looked at and isn't new. Then there are times it will give a notification update for the wrong item. The notifications for very old status updates is by far the most annoying.
I liked this app at one point, but this has gotten ridiculous. I've had 2 packages arrive while the app still says they're not even shipped yet. I have one that swapped between 2 places that are at least 2 hours apart sporadically last night. I went outside the other day and waited an hour and a half because the app said out for delivery, and it had been delivered 2 HOURS before I even went out there. I could understand some inaccuracies, but this has just gotten to be too much.
Can't make an account to have the tracking numbers saved so that when you get a new device, you don't have to re-enter undelivered packages tracking numbers. Also, the tracking does not update in a timely manner. I had some stuff delivered 2 days ago and I just now got a notification that it was delivered. I emailed support with a screenshot of 3 tracking numbers that wouldn't update to delivered, no matter how much I refreshed the app and still haven't heard from them. Time for a new app.
