I wanted an alternative to Chrome which is notoriously bad about user privacy. Bing is serviceable and has a better track record regarding privacy but the app and search engine are really annoying to use. Examples: - every time you open the app, it opens it again anew instead of reopening the already opened one - leads to many copies opened at once. -Opening links is similar. There is no oo function to search an open page for a keyword. -The "news feed" of the home screen is a joke. Etc.

Until recently it was my go-to search engine on mobile. Worked great and was just like a normal browser(multiple tabs could be opened, pictures/links could be clicked and opened without closing original page, etc.). All of that was removed and replaced with bugs. Looked up random stuff lately as my normal way of searching became a chore. Can't even get it to open now. I was hoping they would iron everything out but it's been a bit. Will come back at a later time. Good luck Bing.

Just... how many people greenlit the idea to get rid of tabs? I never used the bookmarking option because that feature was — and still is — clunky, so I'd leave my tabs open for important searches. They're gone now. AND you got rid of Incognito mode too? Sure, rub salt into the wound. The menu bar at the bottom of screen takes up too much space and it's useless. Toss it. Since rebranding to "Microsoft Bing" — which ??? also is a move that doesn't make sense — it's been going downhill. Be better.

All of my tabs are gone. This is going to make me switch back to chrome. The back button doesn't go "back" one screen it goes back several sometimes to a search I've made over 24 hours ago. It looks bad and the functionality has taken a major hit. There was literally nothing wrong in functionality with the previous version. I. Can't. Stand. This. Update.

The new update ruined this app. It used to be very clean and simple. Now it looks and functions much like the Microsoft News app (meaning too much clutter and information overload). And this also seems redundant since the news app already exists. Not to mention it lost the ability to have multiple tabs open. Being limited to one tab seems pretty useless for an app that is supposed to be used for browsing the web. Overall the new update is horrible.

I love "Bing". Find it defines my searches without a bunch of non-related artical or images I don't want scroll through. The pictures upon opening the page have always made me feel either happy, calm or envious, because I would love to travel to some of the cities and see some of the animals in their natural habitat. I don't like the constant updates and the problems that come with those updates. App gets bigger, something I enjoyed using doesn't work anymore. Frustrating.

Really wish there was something in the settings to provide feedback. The first half of every page of search results is unrelated videos with no way to stop videos from showing in search results. Page 2, after the videos, is mostly the same results from page one. Only the last two results on page two are different. So to see the next ten results you have to scroll to the bottom of the next five pages. And they wonder why more people don't use Bing.
