Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

Update after using DigiCal daily for the last 8 years: Same outstanding app! What I said then is still true: It just works! It's fast, clear, versatile, and the developers are very prompt, pleasant, and helpful in response to email. This is the way all apps should be! Highly recommend it!

I've been using this calendar app for years and I love it. Color coding events, the cute pictures the include based on the seasons. I love it. I highly recommend this calendar app.
This calendar app has a thoughtful design that is clean and light. It has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to configure. You can customize the appearance and functionality to suit your preferences. The only thing missing is the ability to set the timezone for the start and end of calendar events

Update: I have now been using this app for 8 years!! I can't believe it. It's still the BEST calendar app, I have never once considered looking for another app to use. Thank you guys so much. My most used app by far! 2015: I've been looking for a replacement app that had nice widgets, but couldn't find one. I'm so happy I stumbled across this app! It's fabulous so far!!!
I really like this app, but Google Calendar does the same thing and you don't need another app to manage your calendar. But if that's what your looking for then this is it.
