Smooth operation so far! Left Proton after paying for 3 years, after service and usability plummeted (and discovered that were being funded by Blackrock - research what they're doing!). I'm still researching this company, but can vouch that the app functions much faster and it's more dependable than Proton. Will say I'm not a "bells and whistles" kind of girl, I just look for clean, easy to understand function that is dependable and prompt.

12.19.19 for the last three weeks, app is pushing almost all email to spam. It is entirely irritating to have to set so many filters when it was working very well before. What changed? (thanks for the quick reply, battery saving is not on. any other suggestion?) the app won't push notifications (over 2 months now) and unless i log in, i dont know if i have email. i have updated. 12.20.19...your reply doesn't fix or resolve the issue

it is always very slow to load messages. also many services will not accept this as a valid email. Not a very user-friendly app. I get a notification about one of every five emails. I see no option for the notifications although online it states that there are settings for that. I have searched the entire app with no notifications settings. anyhow I don't get all of my email notifications and I have just started using this little more so it's aggravating.

Locked me out after a few months and asked me to email approval. Tried that many times, except the account wont allow me to send to the required email address. It's sending me in circles and seems very unreliable. I'd signed up to looking for a new premium secure home. I wanted to test it over time to see if I could trust it. I'd barely used it but it seems like they don't trust me. Looking elsewhere and glad I didn't take the leap!

Biggest issue I can find is that there isn't a widget for the calendar or mailbox for the home screen. I couldn't find it being listed in their feature list blog post that was updated on the first of March, but it does mention the calendar is in beta. Hopefully it'll be added!

The search feature appears to only sometimes allow me to search within the body of the email. Would also be great if it would skip down to the location of the searched phrase within the email. As well as allowing partial searches ('ama' for 'Amazon'). And I would like found emails to pop up below the search bar as I'm typing. Real time search finder. And highlighting of text in email that I searched for. See ObsidianMD app or Simplenote for proper search. Great work team. Thanks

The app is so secure that it opens to a blank screen and even I can't read my email! But seriously, it worked well until recently, and I can still use the browser to access my email. Since I uninstalled and reinstalled, the blank screen has prevented me from logging into the app. Thanks for the reply. I'm looking forward to using the app again.

I just downloaded this app, and every time I try to sign up to make an email account, it brings me to a page that has 2 boxes that I checked. One says I don't own another free account, and the other says I won't use this account for business. After checking both boxes I'm stuck on that screen with no option to continue so I can make my email account! This makes absolutely no sense at all, I can't even use this app because of this nonsense!

The app only major feature is security. It lacks labels, flagging, sometimes emails don't come through AT ALL, and the design is very very subpar. Also, customer support is TERRIBLE. I pay for support and they won't answer you for DAYS if at all. The ONLY thing this email service has that is good is security. That is it. Plus, PUSH NOTIFICATIONS DON'T WORK and it's 2020. You can tweak setting, etc. and it is still broke. No word on fix. ... Don't thank me for feedback, just fix ur broken app.

Thank you for your reply with regards to the DDoS attack. However, the problem occurs multiple times every day. My other apps operate perfectly with Wifi, but Tutanota on Android constantly disconnects. None of my other apps disconnect from Wifi. ADDITIONALLY, when I use BACKSPACE to delete, letters begin to duplicate themselves. For example, if I backspace over the word 'cat', the word CHANGES to 'ccaat.' ALSO, please note that double tap for zoom is not working. Thank you. Kind regards.
