This app has major issues. I purchased the 49 euro ticket in April on the app which didn't get activated and thus can't load the ticket on this app. Despite changing phones, calling DB twice, going to DB office thrice and emailing OVER 20 TIMES, they still haven't fixed my problem. Stick to the desktop website!

Ich benutze die App seit vielen Jahren, einige Jahre mehrfach pro Woche für Reisen quer durch Deutschland. Mittlerweile zeigt die App keine live Informationen mehr an. Updates über geänderte Fahrzeiten kriegt man auch nur per Email und die App zeigt die falschen Informationen an. Jetzt ist angeblich der Anschlusszug ausgefallen, die Alternative wird aber in den Reiseinformationen auch nicht angezeigt.

Leider werden mir absolut unmöglich schlechte Routen vorgeschlagen, während andere Leute bei den gleich suchparametern vernünftige Ergebnisse bekommen. Sollte das nicht gleich sein? Fühle mich absolut an der Nase herum geführt

I tried to buy a Deutchland ticket subscription, but the app "didn't like" my card. Now I can't even try a different card because there is no option to change payment method. This app is a cruel sadistic joke.

Doesn't let me add my ticket number

I paid for the tickets, my account showed the money from the card where transfered, but I am not able to get my ticket. What a scam? When I try to submit a feedback, everything is written in Deutch and it is kind of tricky to understand for me.

Immer viel zu spät oder Zugausfälle, sodass Anschlüsse nicht geschafft werden. Schaffner sind in solchen Fällen nie ansprech- oder auffindbar. Es sollte WLAN an allen Bahnhöfen UND Zügen geben, damit die Nutzung der App immer gewährleistet ist, um Verspätungen und Alternativrouten zu ermitteln.
