Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.
Reviews for All-In-One Offline Maps
Almost perfect. One suggestion: add a feature to download the map regions within a certain distance of a track like a GPX file. Like 10m, 20m, etc. It would make it much easier for me to download the map around a route when I only need that route and not any of the wider area. I could download the whole region but this would save loads of memory.
Saved my field trip but did have an issue. Evidently the new Android update for my phone messed up how files are managed in general. Purchased the KML plugin but couldn't figure out how to load them. Went to my download directory using a file manager, clicked on the KML file and OfflineMap was an option - opened it right up. After that life was good👍
Improvements to an excellent app, with now the very necessary provision of storage of user data and maps in a share folder.
this app works great here in nj-usa! i only wish for clear menus to do tasks/setup, as the icon meanings are confusing. how to add or delete waypoint, stop the word from spinning, etc.
