I've used Timely for years and loved it. There was the occasional bug but overall it was great and a beautiful app. Unfortunately it does not work with the latest Android update. The alarm goes off but the screen does not wake up, you have to unlock your phone and swipe down the notification bar and go to Timely from the notification. Really obnoxious and frustrating when you're half asleep. I've uninstalled and am using the default app since I don't know of a replacement for this.

Would be five but, unfortunately, Timely no longer appears on screen when an alarm goes off. I eventually figured out I could access it through my notifications. Snooze no longer works, the alarm never goes off again. I think it has something to do with the fact that Timely can't access the "Appear on Top" feature. I still like it as a screen saver but I can't use the alarm function any longer. Pity. I like the alarm tones.

I've been using this app for years across multiple devices without any issues. I finally got a phone running the current version of Android (Galaxy S10e), and now the alarms are unreliable at best and the widget doesn't work; the time doesn't change until I tap on the widget. I'm sure there will be a fix for this but right now it's functionally useless.

As others stated, I've used this for years without trouble. Recently, when the alarm sounds, there is no notification giving me the option to "Snooze" or "Dismiss". Instead, I have to find and open the App, scroll through to that particular alarm time & day setting, and change it from On to Off. This is the only way to stop it from playing. It's very annoying while on a call. My alarm continues to become louder and louder, interrupting conversations, while I frantically try to turn it off. ☹️

I used Timely for years because it was perfect. It had everything well organized and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Unfortunately, as many others have pointed out, it no longer works on the new android updates. In my case specifically, it won't open at all. It just crashes and crashes. I'll miss Timely, and I hate to see it go, but I need my alarms to work. Hopefully they'll put out an update eventually...

I have been a fan of this app for several years and used it consistently on all of my devices. However, after recently upgrading to a new device running Android 10 I found as others have that the app is no longer reliable. While alarms do seem to chime at the designated time, it does not wake the phone up nor does it display the snooze button automatically over top of anything else that's running. I have to manually unlock the device, swipe down and manually select the alarm to silence it.

I loved this app and have had it on my tablet and phone for years. But something randomly happens to it on two different tablets that causes the alarm to go off 30 minutes before it is set to go off...or randomly...ir not at all. The sounds option, multiple alarms and stop watch are fabulous. ..when they work consistently. Now I'll have to search out another app..,sadly...and start all over again. I'm still not quite ready to totally give up on it, but wish they'd fix it to operate better.

i have had this app for a few years, and used it every day. it has good features, and i liked the ability to have the alarm time start quiet, and gradually get louder. unfortunately, the past few months i would set an alarm and nothing would happen. an alarm icon would appear at the top of my screen, but it didn't actually do anything. it became unreliable, so I'm uninstalling.
