Subscription Issue I paid for annual games membership last month. Still says I have to subscribe and update payment info. I cleared the cache and updated app. Still says I have no plays left.

Games are great, but the app regularly logs me out of my account, and when I try to restore my purchase, it either flashes open and immediately closes, or leads me to a page to subscribe, which I already have.

Won't lot me in. I've paid for access via subscription and for extra puzzles and I can't play them. Contacted support. Their answer was not to use the app but use a browser. What! Update: I have contacted. Told me to use the web instead.

I am not a fan. I assumed I would get all the past games, but you really only get past crossword games. I realized my mistake right away and canceled, but they refused to provide a refund. They told me I have access for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, I don't want past crosswords. This is WAY too pricey. Customer service is very poor. Beware
