Games are great, but the app regularly logs me out of my account, and when I try to restore my purchase, it either flashes open and immediately closes, or leads me to a page to subscribe, which I already have.
You there... Yes you!!! The guy working at the New York times crossword puzzle dept. Put the keyboard and the mouse down and step away from your crack pipe!!! You have a serious heavy problem my man!!! Seek help!!! Crossword puzzle question for the same place up and across was this " < -" !!! WTAF?!?!?👎😳👎

Won't lot me in. I've paid for access via subscription and for extra puzzles and I can't play them. Contacted support. Their answer was not to use the app but use a browser. What! Update: I have contacted. Told me to use the web instead.
I have found a bug in NYT Wordle game. Where to report?
I am not a fan. I assumed I would get all the past games, but you really only get past crossword games. I realized my mistake right away and canceled, but they refused to provide a refund. They told me I have access for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, I don't want past crosswords. This is WAY too pricey. Customer service is very poor. Beware
Subscription Issue I paid for annual games membership last month. Still says I have to subscribe and update payment info. I cleared the cache and updated app. Still says I have no plays left.
Spelling Bee error, just did the puzzle and the letters are blfoie with N in the center, and it didn't except boone, or boonie as a word... but did except Beeline?
Annoying having to log in for every game.
