App is good, a little slow but good! Only other thing (for now) that I would suggest to the development team is an option to to select multiple folders or files rather than having to select each individual one via desktop or mobile would be a great time saver. Thanks

Great service and appreciate the privacy/security. Would be 5 stars if there were any way to edit txt, doc, csv, and/or xls files from the mobile app, without needing to download, open externally, and reupload. I'm sure it's not trivial, but that kind of functionality would be the icing on the cake!

Lots to improve: the general browsing of the app, the uploading/downloading of even small files (read kB), and the app loading in itself, is incredibly slow. The main selling point of this service is its privacy. If the user experience gets better, even bearable, and the downloads don't take incredibly long time to occur, this would be the best private service out there after Google Drive. Edit: speed is a little better after some updates, not ideal at all though

Have been using this app for a few months on phone and have the desktop app as well, I think the price for a year's subscription is good for 2 terabytes. However the app on phone and desktop really ne3d to he sorted out, more so on phone, as you have a panel that obscures some options within the app. Half the time it doesn't upload content especially music. And the desktop app is slow at uploading. Will think about renewing next year. ATM I wouldn't.

It is ok. It allows for folders, and it backs up quickly, but if you like saving files for ffline use then look elsewhere. I keep having issues where I go back into the app, and files that were supposed to be already saved offline were not saved anymore. It does glitch when trying to save videos for offline use. You can only save offline, or delete files one at a time. Clunky at best.

I just started using this app today, 10 - 25 - 21 on my LG velvet Android operating system cell phone. I couldn't upload any files from my Google Drive, so I accessed website from my personal computer at home. I was able to upload files relatively quick, at least in my opinion. They did show up on the mobile app on my cell phone. I'm still figuring things out, but I'm not liking the fact that I can't edit my Word documents. I sent email to customer service so we'll see what they say.

Mixed Reviews. In spite of its purpose of being a privacy app, when I open my photo gallery, photos from the sync vault appear briefly. I deleted all photos on Sync and did a thorough deletion of all thumbnails on my phone, and even cleaned the cache in Sync. I have checked everything else on my phone and those photos were no where except Sync. This, unfortunately, is a deal breaker on an otherwise fine app.

Lately, the app just fails uploading any type of file (PDFs, mp3, jpegs). It starts the queue, and just as a file hits 80% upload completion, it fails the upload. Doesn't matter whether the upload is started through the Share button in Android or the Upload button in Sync. It would also be nice if there was an option to retry *all* failed uoads in a queue instead of having to restart the attempt for each file individually. Downloads work fine.

If I open a document and make edits to it I can't hit the save button back to the cloud drive. So basically the app is read only files. That's painful is there a plan to fix this basic functionality? I'd be happy to buy the premium plan if this works.

The app needs a lot of work. I was hoping to find a private solution to backing up my pictures other that Google photos, but this app is not reliable at all. I took a bunch of pictures, but only a few were uploaded. Other applications have figured this out and I'm disappointed that the developer is still trying. There's no option to force the app to rescan. The pictures should've all been uploaded in the first place. I shouldn't have signed up with the service without checking the Android app.
