It works sometimes, which is pretty decent for Valve software, but notifications aren't working, it freezes quite often and you can't send pictures any longer.

Typing in the chat slows to a crawl and then hangs until I restart the app. Really disappointing experience.

Honestly. I can only send about 1 and a half messages before it begins responding so slowly that I have to force close it and reopen it. I'm not alone in this either. Please fix this.

It's very bad. Drops a new chat app that crashes constantly and has less features to replace the previous, working app, pulls the old app from the store, then proceeds to not update this one for a year. I can't imagine what the thought process was behind this decision if it wasn't outright disdain for your users.

It technically works, but not how it's supposed to. The app has been incredibly buggy for a year or more now. Images will not upload, videos and gifs do not load right half the time. Typing gets laggy randomly for some reason. I don't get any chat notifications even though I have all options enabled.

I have never, ever, had an app crash or freeze this much in my life. I can barely type out one part of a conversation before the app freezes again and I have to restart it to continue the conversation i'm trying to have. I'm literally having to close the app between every line I type. On top of that many chat features don't work, stickers are not animated for example. I don't know why this is so difficult, chat apps have existed forever.
