Doesn't send messages half the time, doesn't tell you either so you just have to monitor every message for the little check icon, or else it just turns in circles literally for ever. It's been like this since I installed it many months ago, will probably never get fixed. This product sucks at sending messages, and it's its main function. Would not recommend, only using it because I need to.

Messages take a while to send or load, (I'm on wifi) photos r hit or miss. Media sharing is a joke even w/ size below the 10mgb limit max. I tried the pro but how does that work to have your contacts as your employees??+ says not in your network. Its a gr8 app, came a long way but still has ways to go.

In a world wide web with trackers and hackers at every click, finally a private messenger with the consumer in mind. Easy to operate and get everything it has to offer, and fun to use. Drawbacks well, so far it is a change and takes some getting use too. I just started implying it, so time will tell.

Like many others have said, don't get notifications for messages 90% of the time. Very unhelpful and causes issues as your app only notifies me of messages when it feels like it. Surely can't be hard for you to fix such a well known issue.

This app has quietly become better than almost all the other encrypted communication apps. They're the best American app in my opinion. They take care of everything that should be covered without any additional steps, but a few things that should NOT be automatic, they leave alone so you can make the choice. It's a good app.

The app is great, great for self-deleting/discreet messaging. The only issue that I currently have with it is that all media is limited to 10 mb. Anytime that I try to upload anything larger it says that it is restricted by the administrator. I have asked the person I'm talking to if they have restricted it and they say no, and I have tried making my own chat rooms and it does not allow me to modify that. It is disappointing. I wish there was a way to change that.

I can't send any stored pictures. It was working fine a few days ago. Pictures sent from the camera deliver fine. I have a Nord N50
