I love this app but the bugs are so frequent that it interferes with the experience. there are the creepy people who are on it for a love connection or something but the ones who are really there for language exchange are super helpful. my Italian improved within a couple days...hardly need to use a translation tool. just fix the bugs please.

It's nice....but it's still glitchy. When I make a voice recording others can't hear me but I can hear them. Sometimes the app freezes randomly. What I don't like is waiting 24hrs just for my translations to reboot up. I honestly think that feature should be free. But there are some nice people on here!! A whole lot of Spanish users....I wish there were more Dutch language exchange partners around

My overall experience so far is great! I've been wanting to invite people to join me with the app but it doesn't let me invite people. The invite tab doesn't work. Overall I like the set up. If you're looking to learn a foreign language and from a native speaker by way of learning their language and culture this is definitely the app you would want to have.(Update) after a few more uses I got a little disappointed when I found out translation's in the conversation became limited to a time frame

This app is great in theory and I have made quite a few very good friends abroad using it and I've received some excellent native speaker insight. The problem is that the app seems to lag and crash quite a bit and your inbox and messages don't update properly. Also, use caution and restraint when setting your notification options or your other notifications will become lost among the Speaky notifications 😅

The app does what it's supposed to for the most part and I've met great people on it, but every once in a while, it bugs out and this time it's been unnaturally consistent and there's no actual way to get in touch with the developer that I've seen so far. I deleted then remade my accounts with the same results: loading circle but never loading users, and now, it's not letting me make another profile and is no longer working.

Great app for practicing language, but constant connection problems, messages randomly disappearing, needing to restart the app just to receive new messages, and a broken notification system ruin the whole experience. These problems have all existed since I downloaded the app two months ago despite the app continuing to receive updates during this time. Overall it would be tolerable, but with other better alternatives, it's just not worth it.

Sign up page has left up misleading buttons it has disallowed, meaning you can't actually sign up with certain services. Open my profile page after sign up = crash. Try to change profile settings = crash. Try to change search criteria = crash. I can't really give a better review because I didn't even get to experience the dang thing.

I really love this app. I have made several good friends and language partners here. I am a native English speaker and have found most people very respectful and serious about learning. I am giving it 1 star now because it has stopped working. I keep getting a message saying can't find users. Have tried logging out, but can't log back in and and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Also I cannot send pictures anymore. Great app. Hope you fix this soon.

I gave it 5 stars, but for now i will change my rating to a single star, the application doesn't allow the registration via a phone number, doesn't allow to put or change the profile picture, and doesn't allow voice messages, all what can be uploaded is not working now. The problems has been since early February, more than a month without being fixed..
