Reviews for Screenshot Easy
Has a lot of features including scrolling and screen video recording but doesn't allow disabling the preview after a screenshot. Also when it goes to the "View" menu there's no way to return to the main page! Unless you close/reopen the app, which is weird design. Seems good aside from that but I don't think it'll be my preference because there are times when i don't want a preview box coming up for every screenshot.
Warning this app stores your screenshots in an obscure file format or location and delete them when you uninstall the app. It does not have an intuitive interface that allows you to browse those pictures or move them to a new location before they are deleted. If you actually want to save your pictures do not download this app.
It's very helpful especially on Android phones, it even removes the button from the photo, the only problem is that if the app is on the home screen and you're taking a photo of that screen, it doesn't remove the app. For example: You didn't realise that it's in the background and then you send that photo to your friends and family, and then you get a reply saying 'Omg, you have to use an app to take a screenshot, just get an iPhone!' But overall a BRILLIANT app, I definitely recommend it.
Worked great until the last update. Now it doesn't get itself off the screen for the screens hot, though if you are quick enough, you can clear the screen yourself. I do like the new feature of being able to turn it off from the capture screen instead of being required to return to the app. Also can't figure out why I end up with a lot of home screen captures I didn't request if I leave it on.
Does what it's supposed to, and then some! The Scrolling Screenshot mode and built-in screenshot editor make this lightweight app do much more than an alternative for the default screenshot tool of Samsung. Not only is it faster (My Galaxy S4 freezes for like 10 seconds when I use the Home + Volume Up shortcut for screenshots, while this app takes less than 2 seconds). The ads are discreet and no bother at all. The UI is kept neat and simple, making the app stay out of your way to allow you to quickly set it up and get back to what you wanted to screenshot. Basically this is app development done right. Keep up the good work! Cheers!
A fine app but could be even better Excellent for taking screenshots. I've tried most of the others and this is by far the easiest to get to grips with. My niggle is with storage, in that while you can multi-select you have to tap each image in turn. I sometimes capture upwards of 50 images in one go and when I have finished editing them I move them to the cloud. Deleting them after that is a pain.
I used to depend on this app for my old phone. Now I have a new one that has the necessary screen capturing features. However, it lacks something I am desperate for, internal audio recording. Coming back to this app, turns out that it records both external and internal audio in the screen recording column. Now, there's nothing I can wish for more, EXCEPT ANOTHER SWITCH TO HAVE INTERNAL AUDIO BEING RECORDED ONLY. This has been great, thank you.
Great App! Really helped me a lot. I have to press my phone's power and volume (down) button to take a screenshot but since my power button's broken, I can't. This app solved that issue and made it even easier to take a SS. There are some problems with it though. One, having your internet on while using the app; sometimes the button takes like 10 seconds to reappear and takes the SS late, however, turning off your internet solves the problem. Two, the screen recording feature is broken.
This app gets 1 star simply because it doesn't have the most obvious feature there is. When I capture my screen, I simply want to save it to my phone's storage with a non-cryptic filename. And this app doesn't offer this most basic and obviously essential feature. The app offers all sorts of sharing to all sorts of apps that don't make sense at all, but a simple "save as" isn't there, so when you make a couple of screenshots and you want to use them later, the ultracryptic filenames make it almost impossible. If I simply had the option to meaningfully name my screenshots, this app would probably get 5 stars, because it does the job properly, but without this absolutely crucial feature, the app is nearly useless, or at least extremely awkward and clumsy to use, where with a simple "save as" feature it would have been wonderfully useful.
This app looked promising after the other app I tried to use (and failed). I went into the app, good start. I looked around the app, slightly confused. And when I tried to look to take a picture, I couldn't find how. I'm not being too hard on it but still, it needs improvement: Simpler directions, Heading straight to the screenshot when you open the app. And one more thing, the name decieves you, it's not easy.
