Pulse app was very good till its last update which causes many problems to us as hosts. 1.Overview is ugly which unable to identify new booking,review,modification or cancellation. Previous color coding system is very easy to quick use. 2.Although guests have messaged us,notifications are not receiving on time.some times not at all. So have to use some social media network to contact guests. 3.Some reviews are not notified. Has to go to review bar and check by out self.

Messages option is really bad, specially option for choosing templates because you need to scroll way down to find what are you looking for. Template title would enough to see. Then button Mark as done is so frustrating, you can never hit it in first try and it's slow response anyway.

Used to had a lot of fun yet since i updated to the latest version everytime i open the extranet from google it linked automatically to the app and i couldn't open the extranet from google ever since. Sucks.

No pre-payment booking system. Very bad experience. Payment has to taken by host and it is worst experience.

No proper local support and no contact person. I paid all my bills but still shows property is not taking reservations

Fix your booking partner back end, agoda needs to be approved by the property, but there's not approval button on pulse or on the website! This has resulted in 2 cancelations!

I get clients but they don't communicate back for their reservations and they end up cancelling their bookings.
