Since the latest update I have not been able to login because it asks for telephone number of which due to the war we were displaced and it's impossible to use Ukrainian number,and if I switch to another country number it blocks u from login in and bank can't fix it. Why can't we use our email instead of telephone number because this is giving us problems. Can't access funds or acc. Please find solution to this issue ASAP!

Винесіть, будь ласка, всі інформаційні пуш-повідомлення у окремий канал оповіщень, щоб його можна було вимкнути і ніколи не бачити. Єдина нотифікація від привату яку я хочу мати – це рух коштів. Все. Не цікаво мені читати про супер акцію від віза, нову голосову біометрію і кредитні кошти. А ви пхаєте ВСІ свої нотифікації в default канал, разом з рухом коштів. Виходить інформаційний смітник. Найбільший банк в країні, господи.
