Today not good experience sending second transaction to Tanzania from United Arab Emirates the took 100Dh from my account and transaction failed , how can I get my money back!
Very bad 12days already my transfer is still not complete guys i want you people know this can happen to you guys also i used to use this app for transfer but last transaction just got stuck they are not able to help or do anything think about it its about money
Worst experience. They double charged me. No one will answer my message in order for me to get my money back. I'm never using this app again. 300 dollars. Gone.
Horrible & No Customer service! Can't communicate with a real live agent! Only App Bot! Can't update my account to send $ Because or Horrible Non-Customer Service!
Paysend customer care is Very weak and they refund system is worse now it's a whole they hold my money I wrote Emails but nothing change at alot I will never use paysend again
Unable to register in Pakistan. It always says number is not correct
it's nice application for sending money but sometimes sending money was delayed.... however the money will return but it will takes a long time...
I invented a time machine and traveled back from 2070 to write that paysend support still haven't replied to my ticket. Reply to paysend: Nope. If you think "we escalated your issue, wait for a reply" qualifies as finalized, you are wrong.
