I like the stories but it is too expensive even though in the ads it say feee reading

Stories are great, but the updates are slow. The books are very expensive, even those that are marked free to read with ads. Once you start reading, they change and ask for money. Don't get me started on the repeated chapters. This app is nothing to write home about.

What a scam, I was reading here from years! I had to get a new phone, the credits I paid for didn't transfer over, my books didn't transfer over, certain settings are in a different language and I paid $5 yesterday just to read 5 short chapters!!! I can not watch videos for more credit s because the page is in a language I don't understand now! After spending hundreds of dollars on this app, now I'm pissed! What a joke!!!

I can't get any help to fix my problem it's saying my account is restricted and I don't know why but the customer service doesn't seem to exist it would be great if I could get a response

How do you convert points to coins? I can't figure it out. Disappointed Now this app takes your coins but doesn't open the next chapter. Bad enough you have to watch ad after ad. This app is way too expensive.
