I am cancelling because y'all have info on pride month and my six yr old should have to see that until he is older I am the one that should teach him that this is an educational program for kids to learn about math reading and letters not gender or other worldly things it's parents responsibility to handle that when it is age appropriate

My grandchildren do not use this app because they grew out of it, and I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 3 years and have been unsuccessful. I am still being charged for this app, and I would like it to stop. Lori B.

Will not let me cancel, everytime I try it says they can't find my account. Sure can find my bank card to charge it though.

When I download this game I was so excited, but when I wanted to play a game it did not load it took me 24 hours AND IT NEVER LODED! It worked a year ago but now it's not WORKING! ONE STAR p.s. sorry
