Wir sind schon seit Jahren wirklich jahren Kunden bei mytoys... Zuletzt habe, ich für meinen Sohn ein Fahrrad bestellt.. Kam mit Lack schaden und Kratze... 5 mails 2 mal angerufen , geschrieben kein Umtausch obwohl die Reklamation war am gleichen tag... Kamm 20 euro Preisnachlass und weil ich die kein bock auf stress und diskutieren hane ich leider akzeptiert... Und ab heute nie wieder bei euch was bestellen. Danke für eure Betreuung!!
Ein Glück, dass myToys pleite ist. Ich verstehe warum! Wenn man etwas zu einem bestimmten Datum braucht und 3-5 Tage Versanddauer angegeben sind, man aber erstmal 5 Tage warten muss, bis es überhaupt verpackt wird, dann wird das mit dem rechtzeitigen Versand auch nichts mehr. Absolut unzuverlässig! Und dafür zahlt man noch extra Versand? Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen oder einkaufen, da ist die Konkurrenz doch deutlich überlegen.
