The free version is not enough space at all unfortunately. Yes, it is well worth the like $2 it costs a month for the 100gb (I think it is) you get of storage. Most any phone doesn't come stock with nearly enough space for pictures, videos, apps, documents, and whatever else you want. Just this version should be enough for most users (unless you have hundreds of apps, hours and hours of videos, and thousands of pictures, than you may want the option with more GBs. Probably the 500gb or 1tb OP.

I use Google to save my photos, but i guess this app was saving them also, then it started saying can't sync your data, your one drive is frozen. I tried clearing cache, clearing memory, signing out and after all that, those notifications won't stop. They keep coming back, it's driving me crazy, i hate it. I'm thinking the one way out is to pay, and I'm not paying for storage.

I "scan" ~10-15 one page documents per day on my Pixel 6 Pro and it often fails to upload the file. Or it spins the scan ~2° off axis but only after you tap save so you won't know it unless you open the saved file (if it saves). Yes, I'm running the latest version. Another unreliable garbage product from M$ that I'm forced to use. Good times! After many "scanned" document upload fails I've decided to track them by date: 6/15, 6/16x2, 6/20, 6/23, 7/7.

There are several reasons why One Drive is terrible. Reviewers cover them well below. A couple of days ago, I switched to Amazon Photos and it is awesome! So simple. When I'm trying to take a picture, most of the time I take 5 pictures to get a good one. I can easily go in and delete the ones I don't want. There is no way that they can differentiate between between a picture of nature and my cat, so I need to go in and make albums. But that's fun for me. Unlimited storage.

Awful!! When backed up cannot share from outlook!!! And it erased the transferred photos from my phone!!! Unhappy!!! I just wanted to tranafer storage space. I should still be able to share externally from outlook app! There is also no way to go back and change photos to back up or stop it. So now Im stuck. REALLY UPSET.

I hate this app. I was forced into a paid subscription in order to stop the popups and notifications that my acct was frozen. It wouldn't let me uninstall, and is useless to me because it won't back up photos that are saved to my SD card. So it backs up none of my photos. 1.99 a month is worth it only to be less furious until I figure out how to cancel.

Local combined with cloud storage is great, but I still backup my stuff on another hard drive. I've had to reinstall it a few times to get it working, and I would like to delete things without using the web browser. Beside those few minor complaints it does what I want it to do with little hassle

I hate that this app automatically uploaded a huge chunk of my photos and seemingly deleted them from my phone. I did not opt into that. What is much worse is, if you try to download them back, the download doesn't have the correct date, even though OneDrive has the correct date, it won't be included when you want your stolen photos back. Leaving the huge chunk of your photos out of order, when you never wanted to use OneDrive in the first place.

What is wrong with this application? For me, onedrive is not as reliable as Dropbox or Googledrive app. In this application, optimization is the worst and the phone starts to lag. And then, a loading spinner keeps spinning on top of the screen. It's always an inconvenience when downloading files from onedrive. Get this fixed Microsoft! You can do better.

Garbage, apparently I'm over my storage. So I buy a plan, and still get the constant alert that my account is frozen notification on my phone. I've tried uninstalling completely. But the notification keeps coming back. Why pay for more storage and make it so complicated that I now have to link to a computer...but can't use my Mac. Waste of money for something I won't use.
