It's a robust software that comes with many features. Everything that's got to do with backing up your data and keeping it current, this is it. Advanced option shouldn't be touched and kept it in the default settings if possible because even with the documentation provided it's not easy to understand. Requires some experimentation to figure it out. This utility has URL that can be used with web browser to invoke sync. Has extensive logging that traces all the movement of data.

This app actually works really damn well. Been using for about a week and it's pretty consistent and reliable. Some of the more advanced features could use some UX work to simplify their configuration, but the important part (it doing what it's supposed to do) is really solid. I'm using SFTP to back up folders fro my phone to my NAS locally and remotely, daily.

Updated, yay! So happy to see this app revived. Dev is very responsive and app is great. There are a few similar apps on the market but are either too complicated to setup or did not meet my needs. Tip, if you are going to upgrade, buy the pro version versus in-app purchase. I get some ads popping up randomly. Edit: latest update seem to have fixed the ad issue.

Instant Sync no longer works reliably even with root permissions, and deletions are synced even when the setting is turned off. This was a five-star app until these problems started occurring, but as it is right now the core functionality of the app is broken. As soon as it's fixed, this review goes back to five stars.

Pretty happy with this tool overall. I've synced it via SFTP to my home file server, and I've forgotten all about having to manually backup my mobile devices. The one issue I have an issue with is it doesn't seem to like auto syncing my camera folder from the SD card. Hope the fix that bug soon! Otherwise, it's a awesome app.

Agreed with other review that it would be better if you could select more folders at once for sync. Other than that this is SO GOOD! the Nextcloud app is garbage, this does everything it should and more. So simple but has all the features I could ever need. paired with fx file explorer's webdav browser this makes a clean setup for syncing to Nextcloud.

I've used FS for over a decade now, nothing else like it it. Works great, very robust. Unfortunately, devs decided to change the UI, making it cumbersome and unintuitive, especially the reporting interface. Big cards, meaningless icons, etc. This whole (juvenile) idea of iconography is terrible. Stop hiring teenagers for UX/UI devs.

Amazing app. After a lot of research and trying other apps, I finally found this app to do exactly what I needed and in a very simple way. I had created a shared folder on my laptop and wanted to move all files from my phone to my laptop every day automatically and wirelessly and on a nightly basis. This app was able to do exactly that!! Plus, the app allowed me to only move files that are older than certain amount of days. Works great!

Perfect for media sync. Most cloudsync services won't put unencrypted files on your system (Dropbox, pcloud) or want lots of money to do offline sync or won't use sdcard (sugarsync). With this just drop your videos or comics in a folder on your PC with any of the services then they appear on your tablet's sdcard ready for MX Player or Perfect Viewer or other media app. And there are tons of options that put every sync service's own app to shame. I really want this for iOS!

Very reliable sync/backup app. Working great for me with backing up documents and photos on my phone with OneDrive and GDrive. I contacted support email and they got back to me very quick in trying to iron out an issue. Love the level of developer support on this app. If you want a reliable backup app that works with many cloud providers then I'd highly recommend you try our FolderSync. I have 29 different folder pairs backing across 4 providers and it's working great and has tons of options.
