This app was great... UNTIL I was apparently flagged (no reason given) Then when I went to verify myself it verified me and then immediately said my scan does not match their records. I have tried reaching out to support numerous times and NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE GIVEN! The system gives you 72 hours to verify your account before it is deleted. I have put over a year into my account and have had to verify many times without an issue yet this time I can't even get a response back!

Keeps saying I can't login/change password. I have done that numerous times, I even deleted the all reinstalled it and still the same error. At this point I just want to delete my personal information from the app and delete my account but I can login to even do that! Seems shady and scammy. I have emailed and sent feedback and have gotten nothing in return.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. It was bad before when I used it back in 2019, but it somehow got to the point where it's borderline unusable. The app freezes so consistently, it can literally take 30 seconds or sometimes a little longer to navigate to one profile. And even longer to scroll through people's pictures. Not to mention frequent crashing and a plague of bots and scammers, even with their "verification" method. Absolute disgrace they thought this was even acceptable to release.

I don't like that everytime I open the app the match swipe pops up and I can't turn it off! I don't like how the view profile is. I can't see any photo comments. I like it the way it was! The FAQs are NO help! The app is NOT easy to navigate! It's too extra! It needs to go back to being simple. I miss "My Yearbook." Decorating my profile, all the features. I don't like how the app is now. Too complicated! The upside is getting to choose what photos I want to view sent through messenger.

I've had meetme account for years. I often take a few weeks or months not logging on. I just went to log in but my account was flagged for verification. I've got no qualms with doing the verification. In fact it's a good idea for weeding out bots. Unfortunately the verification feature doesn't actually work on my phone. The frame comes up (blank). My face shows in the center but pressing the button to snap my picture does absolutely nothing. Guess I'll just move on and try Bumble or something
