I originally had a problem that made the experience horrible. But it was my fault, a lady in customer service got in touch with me and tried to help me resolve my problem. I figured out the problem by myself (You'll never have it if you're a normal user) and she forwarded my issue and solution to the dev team. Word of advice: don't have your WebVeiw implementation set to Chrome Canary or you're going to have a bad time (unless they've fixed it by now) Oh and I'd give this 4 stars if people viewed star rating systems the same way I do. 4 stars meaning "perfectly fine" and 5 meaning "rocked my socks off amazing"

Best app alternative to visio!!! I got this after my work asked me to do some flow charts and I had no visio account. I love it. Use it all the time. I also love the colors and the visuals. Thank you!

Great app,but issue is in selecting text is not works correctly. Pleaae make update in selecting and editing of text. Will give 5* rating.

The Android version has very few features compared to the standard web one. AI based automatic shape recognition is not there. Picture gallery doesn't have a proper organizer. The Android version doesn't read your saved pics from the same location that the web one does. Btw, I am using the premium version. I also happen to own the premium versions of Draw Express and Flowdia. If you don't need to use Windows for diagrams, those two are much cheaper and better alternatives.

The app sometimes doesn't load my documents, and when it does, I get this weird graphical glitch where the text appears redacted. Please fix

Too laggy . especially the website . sometimes the loop won't stop when increasing sizes or moving object . it's just unresponsive and buggy app

As a viewer it's fine. As an editor it's barely an MVP. UX is clumsy and inconsistent with the web version, it doesn't really support the layers that can be created in the browser version and a whole lot of features are just missing. In theory my subscription is paying for this app, but I can't see the value in it. The alternative is using the browser version, but then I hit performance issues. A touchscreen device should be amazing for flow charts, and it is, over in the Miro app.

Whilst the online version works well, the app, however, does not. Lots of features are missing (no I don't want to fill out a feature request, all the online features should be in the app otherwise whats the point of an app). As the online version will detect the browser version and will stop you using the online version in preference to using the app, this makes it unusable. Also subscription rates only favour regular users, rather than occasional users.

It's amazing... How horrible it was, despite the professional outlook of this app, it was the exact opposite of that, It was so horribly slow till the point that I'm not even sure if it's gonna load, because it has never once loaded for me even after 20+ minutes on a blank document , if u wanna know how horrible it was for yourself u just need to download the app and try to create a new folder, the app couldn't even process and tell you the fact that the folder is empty
